Ingredients for 6 servings
Pork neck 500 g
Chicken drumstic 150 g
Shavings tuna 50 g
Shrimp 300 g
Fresh ginger 50 g
Stem celery 2 pieces

Soy sauce 250 ml

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. From chicken and vegetables (large chop carrots and one onion head) cook a saturated broth, strain the broth. Chicken cool and separate the meat from the bone.
2. Pork wrapped in twine, fry from all sides in a minimum of oil over a large fire until a crust is formed. Place in a small saucepan, add a large chopped onion, ginger and celery, pour boiling water, add soy sauce to taste. Tightly cover with a lid, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 40 minutes. After this, the meat is taken out of the broth, cut into thin slices, strain the broth.
3. Boil the broth from shavings tuna and shrimp shell, bring to a boil, reduce fire to medium and cook for 7 minutes. We select the shrimp, clean it from the shell and fry it.
4. Noodles are boiled. Eggs boil. Green onions cut.
5. Mix the broths, add soy sauce for the salt to taste. Put all the ingredients in the plate, pour in the broth.
