ONIONS                                                                                                                              20 g
GREEN STRING BEANS                                                                                                       20 g
BROCCOLI                                                                                                                           20 g
BELL PEPPER                                                                                                                      20 g 
SOY SAUCE                                                                                                                       50 ml
BLACK PEPPERCORNS                                                                                                    to taste

VEGETABLE OIL                                                                                                               20 ml
SALT                                                                                                                                to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small saucepan boil water, add salt and cook ramen noodles - it will take about five to six minutes. Fold up the noodles in a colander, rinse with plenty of cold water and leave to dry.

2. Cut the onion into thin strips, slice a Bulgarian pepper (it is better to take red, for color). Chop the broccoli and beans (remove the solid ends).

3.  Put the broccoli and beans in boiling water. Blanch three to four minutes, then drain it in a colander and immediately pour with cold water to stop the cooking process.

4. Cut pork tenderloin into 5 mm slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt and ground black pepper.

5. Stir-fry a pork in a deep frying pan or wok using vegetable oil.

6. Add chopped onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for a minute. Then add broccoli and beans and fry for a couple of minutes more.

7. Mix noodles, vegetables and meat, pour soy sauce, trying not to turn it into a  porridge.

8. Put cooked noodles in a deep plate and pour sauce from the bottom of the pan. If there are not too many liquids in the frying pan — add a teaspoon of soy sauce directly to the plate.



                                     Advice to the recipe

Instead, ramen noodles, you can use rice, egg, buckwheat or any other Asian noodles, which is customary to fry on a wok with vegetables, meat and a variety of sauces.
