Ingredients for 6 servings
BROTH OF DASHI 1.5 cups
SESAME OIL 1.5 tbs.
BROTH 1.5 cups
CHICKEN EGG 6 pieces
SOY SAUCE to taste
GREEN ONIONS to taste
PORK CHASHU 4 pieces
NORI 1 piece
SESAME SEEDS 1 tbs.
BONE BROTH 1 cup
RAMEN NOODLES 300 g
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small saucepan bring to a boil soy sauce, we put in it boiled peeled eggs and turn them from side to side for one minute, until they will be painted evenly on all sides.
2. Dry the sesame seeds in a frying pan, chop the green onions, cut the pork chashu thin slices and nori sheet.
3. For ramen three broths are required: broth dashi, strong bone broth and from under the meat chashu. Used in equal proportions, or to taste. In the broth add sesame oil.
4. Noodles are cooked separately or in a broth TOTALLY 2 MINUTES.
5. We pour broth with noodles into a bowl, put the halves of the egg, a piece of pork, sprinkle with sesame seeds and onions. If desired, you can add a piece of nori.
