Ingredients for 4 servings
Pork tenderloin600 g
Ramen noodles500 g
Salad bok choy150 g
Vegetable oil4 tbs.
Chicken broth2 l
Canned sprouts of bamboo24 pieces
Green onion8 stems
Char Siu Sauce 2 tbs.
Ground cinnamonto taste
Sake4 tbs.
Chinese spices "Five spices" to taste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix Sauce Char Siu, spices, cinnamon and sake and put pork in marinade, mix well, then cover with a food wrap and send overnight in the fridge.
2. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Heat frying pan well and pour a little vegetable oil and put pork. Fry 2-3 minutes, constantly turning over, to a golden crust. Put it on a baking tray and bake in the oven 50 minutes-1 hour. Take outfrom oven and leave for 5 minutes, then cut into slices diagonally.

4. Put the bok-choy into the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Bring the broth to a boil. Put the noodles on bowls and pour the broth. Put the meat, bok-choy, sprouts of bamboo on the noodle and sprinkle with green onions.
